Josh Kramer started in the mortgage industry over 25 years ago and he is currently a producing Branch Manager with CMG Home Loans.
Josh believes that education is key for the best possible result as it relates to homebuying. He feels that education is equally important for professionals assisting in the home buying process as it is for homebuyers themselves. Josh believes that participation in local Real Estate organizations is paramount for sustainable success. With that in mind Josh is a Utah DRE licensed CE instructor for realtors, was the 2024 SLBR Education Chair, served on the Mortgage Professionals Board of Directors for 5 years, and participates in multiple other real estate committees.
